The charge to the customer’s credit card takes place on the day the shipping process begins.

For purchases over €50, delivery charges are free.

Customers may choose whether the transaction will be completed with a receipt or an invoice.
Invoices are issued provided that the following information is supplied at the time of order:

• Tax Identification Number (T.I.N.) or VAT Registration Number
• Billing details
