The characteristics and other elements of products for sale are available online and those who are interested in information can follow the search instructions that are available on the e-shop site by clicking on the respective product.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

For any order cancellation (full or partial), an email needs to be sent to info@kafeacyprus.com. This option is offered to the customers until the moment that they are informed by email that their order has been shipped. After this point, no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.

PRICES OF PURCHASABLE PRODUCTS

The prices shown in the catalogues under each product include V.A.T., in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Cyprus.

The standard V.A.T. rate is 19%. For certain categories of products, a reduced V.A.T. rate of 9% or 5% may apply, as provided by law.

V.A.T. is calculated upon completion of the order and is clearly indicated on the relevant receipt or invoice.

No differentiated V.A.T. rates apply based on geographical areas within Cyprus.
