PAYMENT METHODS

• Charging a credit card. The charge in your credit card happens the day the procedure for shipping the goods begins. https://kafea.com.cy/ has taken all of the necessary measures to secure credit card transactions. For credit card purchases up to 100€ the customer has the choice of up to 6 interest free payments. For purchases of more than 100€ the customer has the choice of up tο 12 interest free payments. Delivery, the moment the products are received.
• For purchases more than 50€ the delivery charges are free. Also https://kafea.com.cy/ offers the customer the choice whether the transaction will be made with a receipt or invoice. Invoices are issued provided that the following information is given: Name, Tax I.D., and description.

PRICES OF PURCHASABLE PRODUCTS

The prices shown in the catalogues under each product include V.A.T., in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Cyprus.

The standard V.A.T. rate is 19%. For certain categories of products, a reduced V.A.T. rate of 9% or 5% may apply, as provided by law.

V.A.T. is calculated upon completion of the order and is clearly indicated on the relevant receipt or invoice.

No differentiated V.A.T. rates apply based on geographical areas or provinces within Cyprus.

In the case of wholesale purchases or B2B transactions, a different V.A.T. treatment (such as zero-rated V.A.T. or reverse charge) may apply, provided that all legal requirements are met and this is reflected on the invoice.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

The customer has the right to return the products that they have purchased, without penalty and without being required to explain the reason for returning the product as long as it is within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. In this case the customer is only charged for the cost of returning the goods.
